And your Greystone Account Manager will help you plan for success every step of the way. Below is a Summary of our Planning process which may vary slightly depending on your specific needs. From the moment you say "Go Greystone Greeters Go", the planning begins. There is approximately 15-20 business days needed for proper planning, production and execution time required. We'll give you a Project Planner that outlines the dates and times for your specific program.
Greystone Greeters Planning Process
Step 1 - Discovery Stage
Now that you know everything about us, it's our turn to learn everything about you. Our primary goal is to get to know more about your business, your products, services and brand personality.
Step 2 - The Proposal
We write up a proposal and ask you to review and approve it. A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the proposal.
Step 3 - The Brief
This is where the fun begins. We'll ask you to complete a simple Creative Brief so we are clear on your objectives and timelines for the project. For example, do you want to build awareness for your company or talk about a new product or service or do you simply want to navigate visitors around your website. How long do you want the campaign to last? It's important we know what you need so we develop a program that is targeted and on strategy. Plus, we'll ask you to submit a sample script in your company "language" to ensure we understand the tone and manner correctly. Painless stuff really.
Step 4 - The Planning
Your Greystone Account Manager will start planning your Greystone Greeter program including script review and development, talent selection, studio time availability and scheduling.
Step 5 - The Approval
Your Greystone Account Manager will present the entire package to you for review and approval including scripts, talent and wardrobe recommendations, video placement, studio scheduling, etc. You approve it. We get busy making it happen.
Step 6 - Video Production & Encoding
Lights, camera, action! Greystone shoots the High Definition Greystone Greeter Video and provides rough cuts to you for review and approval prior to the encoding process. You select the one video that will be encoded. At this time, the 50% balance is due and payable before the encoding can take place.
Step 7 - Implementation
Greystone delivers your customized video code created exclusively for you. The line of JavaScript is then supplied to your IT department for implementation. Be sure to confirm with your IT department that this update has been scheduled and resources secured to ensure your code is activated as per your promotional schedule.
Step 8 - Post Mortem and Reporting Metric
