- TIMED EVENTS - Timed events enable our included events (spotlight, pause, text highlight, pictures, etc.) or custom code to be called at any time during the video, accurate to 1/10 of a second. Video events create a deeper connection with the visitor, which results in increased information retention and improved conversion ratios.
- CLICK-ON-VIDEO - The person in the video can be clicked to go to a webpage, open a webpage in a new window, call a javascript function (live chat, PayPal, etc.), or start an email. All clicks are tracked and available in detailed reports.
- SPOTLIGHT - One of our newest timed events, this feature enables the video person to focus a visitor's attention on a specific area of the page. This reinforces the video message so that the information is retained and next steps understood.
- COOKIES - Our videos can be set to play automatically once each visit, day, week, or month. Our control panel allows this option to be set and changed at any time, without any custom code (no IT time required). Videos can also be played in succession to simulate a relationship ("Welcome back!").
- ALWAYS-VISIBLE CLOSE BUTTON - Some of our clients prefer to have a very visible "close" button available all the time, so that visitors know they can quickly close the video.
- TIMED PAUSE - Our unique marketing and training videos are often used to walk visitors through documents and forms. This timed event enables the video to be paused until the visitor clicks on it (an elegant play button will appear) to go to the next step.
- CLOSED CAPTIONING - Visitors may not have their speakers on, or they may be deaf, though your Greystone Greeters can still have a big impact on your web page's success when you include our innovative closed captioning, which is editable and timed perfectly to your video.
- START WITH SOUND OFF - Used in conjunction with Closed Captioning, this can be a very effective way to engage visitors who are likely have their speakers on while working in cubicles. An elegant play button encourages visitors to click to play with sound.
